The song for my music video

https://soundcloud.com/kingsleykinglin/safari

This is the song I am using for my music video, this song is called "Safari" and its genre is alternative pop; it is written by Kingsley Phillips and sung by him and his sister. I chose this song because it involves both genders which could in turn make it easier when thinking about recording for the actually video. I chose to use this song due to the beat and lyrics being so catchy, the lyrics are also clear and give a good to what I should base my video on and an indication to what way I should go with recording things to take place in my video. I also believe that this song is very relateable which is what most artists aim to do for their audiences.

These are the lyrics for the song;

And we go, and we go so far back

And I know, me and you would make a perfect pack

And we'll show, there's a bond that will never crack

And we'll glow, why aren't we already on these tracks

Tonight!!

Maybe a few beers will sort us out,

Dying for dutch courage to let it out

Say the things we want to say that we won’t shout

I need to let you know what I’m all about

Come on girl let’s get talking

It's a bright day let’s get walking

The start of something that I don’t want ever to end

But for now whilst I’m alone I’ll have to pretend

We'll sail the sea, we'll walk the shore

We'll fly the skies, forever I'm yours

You take my hand, I'll hold yours tight

Together we'll stand one by one tonight (x2)

Don't let go, this time

And don't let go, this time

And don't let go, let go, this time

We haven't got far and far to climb

And we go, and we go so far back

And I know, me and you would make a perfect pack

And we'll show, there's a bond that will never crack

And we'll glow, why aren't we already on these tracks

Tonight!!

You can stop texting that other bloke

We don't need a barrier we need to provoke and ignite

These sticks already laid out,

He was destine to take another route

But I’d always choose you, and I hope you'd choose me

Unlike his, my love will always come free

And to my pending locked heart that still awaits

I'd hand you the key

We'll sail the sea, we'll walk the shore

We'll fly the skies, forever I'm yours

You take my hand, I'll hold yours tight

Together we'll stand one by one tonight (x2)

Don't let go, this time

And don't let go, this time

And don't let go, let go, this time

We haven't got far and far to climb

(Instrumental)

Don't let go, this time

And don't let go, this time

And don't let go, let go, this time

We haven't got far and far to climb(x2)
